After studying Textiles Design at university, I worked in the retail industry for 13 years before returning to my first love ... Textiles. Consequently Emma Learoyd Design was born. In between looking after my two children I am designing accessories and stationery with an emphasis on embroidery and felt.

I have always had a passion for colour and texture and by combining felt and embroidery I am able to exploit this. The product I produce is influenced heavily by nature.

I design cushions, scarves, make up bags, wall art & notebook covers in a variety of ranges that keep evolving. On the card side I am hugely influenced by combining metal with paper which I think compliments my textiles.
