Kiln formed glass designed and made by Annette Vernon in Lancashire.
Inspired by the glass itself, and its many different facets - reflection,
transparency, shadow, opalescence, depth and colour.
Its mobility when hot and its strength and fragility when cold.
Pieces include tableware, vessels, panels, deep stacks and lost-wax castings.
The "Fossil" range features imprints of real leaves, plants or flowers that have been "burned" into the glass before being slumped into a shape or form.
