All the items I produce are handmade by cutting many sections of glass and then fusing them together in a kiln.
Presently I produce a range of decorative and functional pieces including bowls,
wall panels and coasters but I add new items and designs whenever I am inspired.
I have been intrigued by glass for many years and as soon as I began working with it I knew that it was the material for me.
It has so many possibilities and I find the finished items very tactile.
I have always been interested in combining art with science and I do this in my glass work by using geometrical shapes, angular forms and lines.
Colour plays a large role in my pieces and they are usually very bold and vibrant.
I also like to focus on how patterns can be created by the transmission of light and how this can affect the piece.
